Description
Harris Central Appraisal District is seeking one or more staffing agencies to recruit, screen, and provide qualified temporary personnel for seasonal administrative, clerical, data-entry, technical-assistance, document-scanning, and taxpayer-navigation duties. Interviews may be conducted virtually, but temporary employees must work onsite; remote work is not permitted, and each placement must complete its first day onsite for training. The staffing agency will serve as employer of record and will be responsible for wages, payroll taxes, benefits, insurance, labor-law compliance, recruitment interviews, background checks, and pre-employment screening. The agency must meet a three-business-day placement service level, provide replacements when requested, maintain confidentiality and authorized-system access controls, and support timekeeping and billing based only on actual hours worked. The technical response consists of the Statement of Work and line-item bid/markup percentage. No minimum education or experience requirements are stated for the temporary positions.
