Description
Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to form an unranked, pre-qualified panel under one or more five-year master agreements. Services will be issued as individual taskings and may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, geotechnical, architectural, landscape, communications and information technology, safety and security, elevator and vertical transportation, surveying, code compliance, constructability review, inspections, construction administration, transit facility design, and related staff augmentation. The aggregate not-to-exceed value of taskings under the master agreement is $6,000,000 over five years, with no guaranteed minimum order. The ordering period is the first three years of the master agreement. Respondents must submit technical qualifications, financial statements, a sealed rate sheet, references, SF-330 Architect-Engineer Qualifications forms, insurance evidence, and other required forms and supporting materials. The procurement uses a qualifications-based selection process and may include interviews and negotiations.
