Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an eligible offeror to lease approximately 118 acres at North Mims National Cemetery. The proposed lease site is to be evaluated based on acreage price, intended use, and a maintenance plan. The notice states that consideration will be given, in order, to eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Small Businesses. Proposals must be received by September 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
