Description
The Town of Nantucket, through its Housing Department, is seeking proposals from current Nantucket property owners for the purpose of providing year-round rental housing for Town of Nantucket municipal and contract employees. The selected contractor will lease residential properties to the Town for use by its employees. The contract will be for a period to be determined. Proposals will be accepted until September 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
