Description
Hensel Phelps, serving as the general contractor/construction manager, is requesting bids for the structural steel, metal stairs, and railings scope in Bid Package 2, Subsystem 2.04, of the S Concourse Evolution project. The evaluated total bid-items budget range is $25 million to $32 million. This is a rebid for the first phase of a multi-phase concourse renovation and structural upgrade project. Bids must be submitted by email using the bid form included in the Instructions to Bidders. A bid bond is required with the bid, using the provided form. Successful bidders on subcontracts exceeding $100,000 must provide 100% payment and performance bonds. The project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement, prevailing-wage requirements, certified payroll submissions, and federal Build America, Buy America Act compliance; DBE participation goals are expected. The overall project is expected to run from Q4 2026 through Q2 2035.
