Description
King County seeks an end-to-end telecommunications solution to replace legacy copper Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines and Centrex digital lines. Potential technologies include VoIP, wireless LTE-based services, or equivalent solutions that maintain continuity, improve resiliency, and meet applicable regulatory requirements. The contractor will assess existing infrastructure, design and implement the solution, migrate services, test and deploy the replacement, provide documentation, and deliver ongoing support.
