Submission Instructions
Description
The project is divided into six bid packages: demolition and shoring; structural concrete; supply of doors, frames, and hardware; abatement; plumbing; and structural steel. Bidders must prequalify before bidding by submitting one fully executed AIA Document A305, Contractor's Qualification Statement. Each bid must include bid security of at least 10% of the base bid, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. The successful bidder must provide performance and labor and material payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the bid.
