King County Metro Transit, Capital Division, is seeking a consultant to provide multidisciplinary engineering, planning, design, technical analysis, alternatives evaluation, cost and schedule information, and recommendations for the RapidRide R Line serving Seattle. The consultant will define a deliverable project that balances transit performance, customer experience, equity outcomes, funding, implementation schedule, and long-term operations and maintenance considerations. The scope includes planning, development, design, and production of bidding documents for roadway, signal, and sidewalk improvements; transit passenger facilities; transit communication infrastructure; and other components needed for the project. Addendum 1 revises page 3 of the Scope of Work and says proposers must acknowledge all addenda before submitting a proposal.
