Description
The University of Connecticut School of Law seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive, standalone market research study concerning potential online, hybrid, and non-JD offerings. The scope includes market demand analysis, competitive landscape assessment, target-student segmentation, program portfolio and viability recommendations, pricing and positioning strategy, regulatory and accreditation considerations, and risk and feasibility assessment. Expected deliverables include a final report with an executive summary, program-specific opportunity analyses and prioritized recommendations, enrollment and financial projections, data visualizations and supporting datasets, a strategic roadmap for program development and launch, and a presentation to law school leadership and stakeholders. Proposals must describe the firm's relevant higher-education experience, methodology, project work plan, deliverables, fixed-price financial proposal, three comparable references, and required certifications and acknowledgments. The initial contract term is one year, with one possible additional one-year extension.
