Description
The 32nd District Agricultural Association is seeking a contractor to provide guest surveying services for the OC Fair and, as needed, interim events. The scope includes research planning, development and programming of a bilingual English-Spanish online survey, email/direct URL/QR-code distribution, mobile optimization, accessibility compliance, hosting, administration, response monitoring, duplicate-response prevention, data collection, and quality assurance testing. The contractor must analyze and clean the data and provide daily fair-period reporting, customized business-unit reports, infographics, and a comprehensive final report with methodology, response metrics, statistical analysis, trend comparisons, cross-tabulations, respondent-comment themes, geographic analysis, questionnaires, screenshots, the complete dataset, and supporting documentation. The primary bidder must perform the full scope without subcontracting. The agreement is planned for January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with three one-year options.
