The University of Calgary intends to enter into an agreement for specialized survey research services supporting an ongoing program on Canadian attitudes toward national defence and security. The work includes design support, questionnaire programming and testing, bilingual translation, respondent recruitment, administration of six probability-based survey experiments involving approximately 2,400 Canadian adults, statistical tabulation, open-ended response coding, reporting, and delivery of anonymized datasets. The supplier must demonstrate expertise in probability-based public opinion research, national respondent recruitment, and complex experimental survey administration. The work must maintain methodological consistency with prior survey waves to support longitudinal analysis, comparative research, academic publications, policy analysis, and grant-funded objectives.
