GSE Construction Co., Inc. is soliciting subcontractor and supplier quotes for improvements to the Biola Community Services District wastewater treatment plant. Available scopes include SWPPP, demolition, potholing, earthwork, trucking, aggregate, soil cement, asphalt paving, underground piping, concrete and reinforcement, precast concrete, masonry, metals, carpentry, roofing-related work, doors and windows, drywall, coatings, pumps, bar screens, floating aerators, screenings washer/compactors, plumbing, HVAC, valves, pipe supports, meters, electrical work, generators, and instrumentation. Project files are available through the referenced SharePoint folder, and project questions are directed to the estimator. The opportunity seeks participation from DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, SBEs, and SBA MBEs. This is a subcontractor/supplier quote request rather than a direct solicitation by the public agency.
