Description
The County of San Diego is soliciting proposals for Lot 4, the North Coastal SELPA region, to provide School-Based Incredible Years behavioral health services. The selected provider will deliver predominantly school-based, group social-emotional skill-building interventions using The Incredible Years curriculum for Medi-Cal-eligible, low-income, or uninsured children from preschool through third grade, along with caregiver support and limited individual services, referrals, and community- or clinic-based services when needed. The provider must partner with participating school districts, submit Letters of Intent, operate a Medi-Cal-certified clinic, provide trained and appropriately licensed staff, meet specified SchooLink service thresholds, and support data collection and outcome reporting. The proposal must include required County forms, a program and technical response, a completed linguistic and cultural diversity plan, staffing and implementation plans, experience and references, financial information, a payment schedule, and acceptance of the County's terms and insurance requirements.
