CITY OF ASHLANDASHLAND CREEK WATER TREATMENT PLANT Bids Due 1:00 pm, November 5, 2026 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSGeneral Notice The City of Ashland (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: City of Ashland, Ashland Creek Water Treatment Plant Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Engineering Office located at 20 East Main Street (mailing)/51 Winburn Way (delivery) Ashland, OR 97520, until Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 1:00 PM Local Pacific time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the Siskiyou Conference Room (City Engineering Office). The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new drinking water treatment plant including raw water conveyance, pressure reduction, chemical pretreatment equipment, filtration, filtered water storage and pumping, chemical storage and metering, water and sewer lines, bypass and minor demolition at the existing water treatment plant, connections to existing facilities, installation of a solar array and battery energy storage system, site preparation and facility commissioning and all other work as necessary for a complete and functioning system as further described in the Contract Documents. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained from OregonBuys at the following designated website: https://oregonbuys.gov/bso/ Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a Bidding Documents holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a third-party plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with Addenda, lists of registered Bidding Documents holders, reports on the Site, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, Addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Pre-bid Conference A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Department of Public Works, 51 Winburn Way, Ashland, OR 97520. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. The City of Ashland is soliciting bids for construction of a new drinking water treatment plant.
