Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates issuing a competitive Request for Proposals for a firm-fixed-price construction project at the Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics. The work will include removing existing lighting and installing new, more energy-efficient lighting and lighting controls at various campus locations. This is a presolicitation notice, not an active solicitation or request for pricing. The anticipated future contract will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, subject to the Buy American Act and the Department of Veterans Affairs limitations on subcontracting. The future RFP is anticipated to result in one firm-fixed-price contract.
