Description
The Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs is soliciting a construction manager/general contractor for the development of a third veterans' home in Roseburg. The approximately 14-acre project will include 125,000–135,000 square feet of small-house buildings and 154 single nursing beds, modeled after the existing Lebanon facility. The selected contractor will support collaborative project delivery, value engineering, and constructability review. Early design and grant work are complete, and wetlands mitigation is underway. The procurement is a competitive sealed proposal for a public improvement and includes a mandatory pre-proposal conference.
