The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates issuing a competitive Request for Proposals for a firm-fixed-price construction project at the Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics campus. The work will include various ceiling, wall, and floor repairs throughout multiple campus locations. The anticipated procurement will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside and is expected to result in one contract covering the entire scope. The requirement will be subject to the Buy American Act and the Department of Veterans Affairs limitations on subcontracting. This notice is a presolicitation announcement only and is not a request for pricing; further details will be provided in the future solicitation.
