Medford Irrigation District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering, design, construction management, and/or construction services for relocating District irrigation facilities that conflict with an Oregon Department of Transportation highway improvement project. The selected firm must have experience with irrigation system design and construction, utility coordination with ODOT, and work eligible for reimbursement under ODOT's Utility Relocation Program and applicable federal regulations, including 23 CFR Part 645. The solicitation package includes the RFP, proposal form, project plans and relocation concepts, a notice to proceed, utility invoicing and auditing requirements, Buy America requirements, and a Buy America certification worksheet. The work must preserve the District's eligibility for full reimbursement of eligible costs from ODOT and the Federal Highway Administration.
