Description
The City of St. Charles School District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for a Summer 2027 HVAC modernization project at Null Elementary, Hardin Middle School, and St. Charles West High School. The work includes HVAC upgrades at Hardin Middle School and St. Charles West High School, as well as HVAC modernization at Null Elementary. Only contractors meeting the requirements in the project specifications will be considered qualified bidders. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 6, 2026, at St. Charles West High School. Bidders must provide a bid bond equal to 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds, comply with Missouri prevailing wage rates, and demonstrate K-12 installation experience from the previous five years with references.
