Description
Immanuel Lutheran School is seeking a third-party provider for Managed Internal Broadband Services, including managed Wi-Fi and continuous operation, management, and monitoring of eligible broadband internal-connection components. The scope includes 24/7/365 remote network monitoring and proactive issue resolution, configuration backups, network optimization, remote administration, system-health reporting, LAN/WLAN management and repair, diagnostic and helpdesk support, professional installation, activation, initial configuration, analytics, and strategic infrastructure recommendations. Bidders must provide itemized pricing by eligible device, identify ownership or leasing arrangements, separately price ineligible end-user-device monitoring, include all required hardware and eligible licenses or support, and provide one-, two-, and three-year pricing options commencing July 1, 2027. Proposals must include a valid SPIN, proof of current FCC Form 473 filing or evidence that it is in progress, applicable technical documentation, and a scope of work for installation services. Evaluation emphasizes the price of E-Rate-eligible services, followed by technical compliance, relevant experience, E-Rate capability, and proximity of the vendor's service center.
