Description
Wentzville R-IV School District is requesting proposals for a year-round, districtwide integrated pest management program covering routine structural pest control, monthly service visits, monitoring, prevention, exclusion, targeted pesticide use, covered callbacks, urgent response, specialty services, and electronic documentation. The scope includes general insects, rodents, bed bugs, snakes, stinging insects, bats, birds, nuisance wildlife, dead animals, termites and wood-destroying organisms, mosquitoes, ticks, and other pest conditions across educational, administrative, transportation, facilities, and support locations. The contractor must provide qualified and licensed personnel, a staffed dispatch method and 24-hour emergency number, site-specific IPM plans, product and safety documentation, service tickets, reports, training, quality control, and response targets. Proposals must include technical and operational responses, personnel and licensing information, product and equipment information, sample reports and plans, three references, insurance evidence, completed bid and authorization forms, contract exceptions form, rates schedule, site-level pricing allocation, and applicable work-authorization forms. The anticipated initial term and renewal dates are left as placeholders in the solicitation; up to two additional one-year renewals may be available.
