Description
This sources-sought notice seeks industry feedback for a planned personal-services requirement supporting United States Military Entrance Processing Command medical accession operations. The contractor would furnish qualified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to conduct applicant medical-history reviews, medical evaluations, physical examinations, and reviews of medical tests and records to determine whether applicants meet military medical accession standards. The anticipated scope covers 66 Military Entrance Processing Stations, headquarters support, and other Government-designated locations throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The contractor would also provide recruiting, credentialing and primary-source verification, training coordination, provider-pool management, scheduling, travel, quality control, reporting, transition, information protection, and FedRAMP-authorized information-exchange capabilities. The draft performance work statement identifies a July 2027 through June 2032 ordering period, a 120-day phase-in period, weekly availability of at least 10 qualified traveling providers, and ongoing support for protected health information, personally identifiable information, and controlled unclassified information. Responses are requested to industry questions concerning staffing, pricing, performance standards, information technology, transition, relevant experience, and small-business performance capability; this notice is for market research and is not a formal request for proposals.
