Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks information from qualified businesses capable of providing organist services for Protestant and Catholic religious ceremonies at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center. The contractor would provide religious music using piano or organ during Sunday services and requested special-holiday services for veterans and their families. The organist must be experienced, able to read sheet music, and able to perform diverse Protestant and Catholic hymns. Respondents must demonstrate at least 360 hours of music experience in a traditional church setting performing comparable services. Service is limited to no more than six one-hour sessions per month, with the specific schedule determined by the Chaplain. Responses should include a capability and experience overview, identify the respondent's business size and socioeconomic status, and be submitted in Word or PDF format within a 25-page limit, including attachments. This notice is for market research and does not request proposals, bids, or quotations.
