Description
Lake Metropolitan Housing Authority (Lake MHA) requires a contractor to administer and implement a comprehensive Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) for its HUD-subsidized multifamily properties, including Jackson Towers and Washington Square (elderly/disabled) and Woodlawn Homes (family housing), under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. The contractor will manage all aspects of tenant selection, including application processing, eligibility determination (citizenship, income limits, social security numbers), screening (credit, landlord, criminal background, sex offender registry), preferences (residency, veteran, domestic violence, upward mobility), waiting list maintenance, occupancy standards, transfers, recertifications, and compliance with fair housing laws. The contractor must adhere to HUD Occupancy Handbook 4350.3 and 24 CFR Part 880.
