Description
The City of Paramount is seeking a contractor to provide roof maintenance services for city facilities, including an initial comprehensive inspection of the roofing systems at each identified facility within 15 calendar days after the agreement begins. The solicitation has been amended, and proposals must incorporate all addendum conditions. The addendum extends the bid opening and submission deadline to October 27, 2026. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 1 and attach the completed and signed addendum certification to their bid; bids without this certification will be rejected.
