Description
The City of Los Angeles seeks a qualified contractor already holding a Master Service Agreement under its Content Management/Customer Relationship Management Services bench to digitize and enhance business-certification operations. The work includes converting paper and PDF applications into interactive RAMP workflows for new, renewal, and certification-recognition requests; integrating vendor profiles; enabling secure supporting-document uploads; implementing address controls, validation, electronic attestations, notifications, and geospatial ZIP-code verification; and improving user navigation and guidance. The contractor must also configure LAPOP/Salesforce back-end application management, including role-based access, referral and submission-type filtering, standardized workflow stages, appeal processing, certification-record PDF generation, automated expiration and documentation notifications, and related testing, project management, and implementation activities. Proposals must address the proposed solution, work plan, milestones and deliverables, costs and rates, resources, schedules, key personnel and resumes, relevant CM/CRM implementations, and project timeframe. Key work must be performed by the contractor's own organization unless written authorization is obtained for subcontracting.
