Description
Sacramento County Department of Regional Parks is soliciting bids for comprehensive operation, monitoring, maintenance, sampling, testing, and regulatory compliance services for the Gibson Ranch Park Domestic Water System. The system includes potable and irrigation/standby wells P-70 and P-71, a distribution system serving 10 connections, submersible pumps and motors, chemical feed equipment, and related facilities. The contractor must perform weekly, monthly, annual, and tri-annual activities, including chlorine-residual and operational measurements, bacteriological and nitrate sampling, laboratory coordination and reporting to the Sacramento County Environmental Management Department, inspections, minor leak repairs, pump and chemical-feed maintenance, system flushing, station cleanup, chemical delivery, and recordkeeping. Assigned personnel must hold a valid State of California Distribution Grade 1 certification. Bidders must complete the pricing sheet and electronic vendor-submission responses, provide certification documentation, describe similar water-system experience, submit three customer references, confirm Department of Industrial Relations registration, and complete required compliance and non-collusion certifications. Prevailing-wage requirements apply.
