Description
Lawrence County is soliciting bids for renovation of The Humphrey Center building under two separate prime contracts: General/Mechanical/Plumbing Construction and Electrical Construction. The project includes nonresidential building renovation and specialized trade construction, is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, and requires bidders to submit the applicable pricing response templates and bidder acknowledgements. A bid bond or certified check equal to 10% of each bid is required. Each successful prime contractor must furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price, and provide insurance evidence required by the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online through PennBid; in-person submissions are not accepted.
