Description

Riverside Transit Agency is soliciting proposals for construction management services for the Hemet Mobility Hub Project. The selected firm will act as the owner's authorized representative throughout the design-build project lifecycle, including design-build contractor procurement, project controls, constructability and value-engineering reviews, environmental and entitlement coordination, subcontractor procurement oversight, and schedule and cost management. The project is estimated to cost between $10 million and $12 million, while the construction management contract is anticipated to be firm-fixed-price. The scope includes onsite construction management and field supervision; oversight of transit facilities, bus bays, passenger amenities, security systems, access control, CCTV, public-address systems, and zero-emission bus infrastructure; offsite roadway, utility, traffic-control, pedestrian, and ADA improvements; deputy inspection and accredited materials-testing services; occupational safety and security compliance; Buy America/BABA, prevailing-wage, Davis-Bacon, DIR, CEQA, environmental, and labor compliance; submittal, RFI, change-order, and claims evaluation; and project closeout, commissioning, record documentation, and final financial and labor clearance. Proposals must include a technical proposal, price forms and supplemental cost spreadsheet, required Exhibit C forms, financial documentation, and other required attachments. Offerors must demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience, and the project manager must have at least five years of relevant experience.
