Mountain Projects, Inc. is soliciting written bid proposals for insulation installation services, including site-built attics/floors and mobile home roofs/belly boards. The scope of work also encompasses shell construction measures such as attic and floor air sealing, health and safety improvements, duct sealing, and lighting retrofits. These services are part of the North Carolina Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program for Haywood and Jackson Counties, funded by the NC Weatherization Assistance Program Department of Environmental Quality. All contracted work is expected to be finished by June 30, 2027. Mountain Projects, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. This is an open-ended bid proposal for a one-year contract, commencing July 1, 2026, and concluding June 30, 2027.
