The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement call to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for 16 bulkhead assemblies, part number 70209-82546-047, National Stock Number 1560-01-HS1-4768, and CAGE Code 78286. The requirement is for the original equipment manufacturer, and the notice states that the items are available from only one source. Delivery is requested within 200 days after receipt of order, with a requested delivery date of July 30, 2027. The requirement is unrestricted, the small-business set-aside has been dissolved, and inspection and acceptance will occur at origin. Early shipment is encouraged at no additional cost to the Government. No solicitation package will be issued; responsible sources may submit quotations for consideration in the sole-source determination.
