This bid package covers the complete furnishing and installation of approximately 98 linear feet of AWI Custom Grade plastic laminate casework for kitchen islands, including sink and ADA bases, appliance openings, fillers, end panels, hardware, and required QCP labels. The scope also includes plastic laminate countertops with backsplashes and template-based cutouts; plastic laminate island wall panels on Z-clips with Fry Reglet bases; field verification, coordination of rough-ins and appliance dimensions, installation to blocking, wall sealing, protection, cleanup, and related trade work. Bidders must price the base bid and listed alternates, including additional wall casework, porcelain countertop options, floating wood shelves, and demonstration-station casework. The bid is a lump-sum, turnkey package including labor, materials, equipment, supervision, hoisting, taxes, permits, and fees. Bidders must be prequalified and submit the provided bid form; the package also requires compliance with school-site background checks, identification and student-contact restrictions, E-Verify, specified insurance coverage, safety and environmental requirements, schedule obligations, closeout documentation, training, and a one-year warranty. Solid-surface work is expressly excluded from pricing.
