Description
Marine Forces Special Operations Command is soliciting a single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for qualified contractor manpower augmentation supporting the Marine Raider Training Center. The scope includes full-time Direct Action high-risk training instructors, episodic Direct Action instructors, and episodic combat marksmanship instructors supporting Marine Raider, master assaulter, and special operations forces fundamentals courses, including training exercises and related course support. The requirement also includes staffing, retention, transition and mission-continuity support, instructor qualification and currency, safety and security compliance, quality control, reporting, travel, and materials or ancillary support. Proposed personnel must meet applicable qualification and security requirements; the solicitation identifies three Direct Action high-risk training instructor positions as key personnel, with one designated as the on-site contractor lead. The contract has a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a six-month extension option. The solicitation requires a CMMC Level 2 (Self) status or higher for applicable systems and is reserved entirely for small businesses.
