Airport Authority District No. One of Calcasieu Parish, operating as Lake Charles Regional Airport, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide development and management of financing, planning, administration, and design services related to its capital improvement program. The selected consultant will furnish services needed to supplement the Authority in undertaking and planning the program. The Request for Statements of Qualifications must be obtained by emailing Heath Allen, Executive Director, at rfp@flylch.com and referencing RFQ PLN-2026. Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 30, 2026, and may be submitted by courier, hand delivery, or mail to the specified airport addresses.
