Description
The Matteson Area Public Library District is soliciting sealed bids for its 2027 HVAC Upgrades project at the Matteson Area Public Library. Complete bidding documents, including plans, specifications, bid forms, instructions to bidders, and a written scope of work, will be available electronically by contacting the project engineer. Each bid must include bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified/cashier’s check payable to the Matteson Area Public Library District, in an amount of at least 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder must furnish required performance and payment bonds and comply with applicable public-works requirements, including Illinois prevailing-wage requirements. The library district may request evidence of qualifications, financial responsibility, experience, equipment, staffing, and ability to perform the work.
