Description
Calumet City Public Library is soliciting competitive proposals for Category One, dedicated, fully managed Internet access at 660 Manistee Avenue, Calumet City, Illinois. Proposals must address bandwidth options of 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2 Gbps, with a preference for leased lit fiber or a functionally equivalent technology. The solution must include at least one static public IPv4 address, appropriate Ethernet handoff, installation, configuration, testing, activation, and any required customer-premises equipment, licensing, maintenance, monitoring, and support. Vendors must provide pricing for 12-, 36-, and 60-month terms, plus up to two optional one-year renewal periods, and separately identify monthly recurring, non-recurring, special construction, installation, configuration, shipping, taxes, licensing, and other applicable costs. Proposals must include a detailed service-level agreement covering uptime, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation, maintenance, service credits, outage reporting, monitoring tools, and performance reporting. A completed pricing workbook is mandatory, and proposals must include the requested applicant, entity, provider, SPIN, contact, terms, and pricing information. E-Rate compliance, supply-chain security, debarment, conflict-of-interest, and related certifications are also addressed in the solicitation.
