Description
This task order requires a contractor to provide remedial design activities for the Billings PCE Superfund Site Operable Unit 1. The scope of work includes securing access, scheduling, and conducting indoor air investigations at approximately 3,500 residential and commercial structures. Additionally, the contractor will provide design support for large residential (over 3,000 square feet) and commercial structures, and communicate EPA activities to the affected community through informational institutional controls. The funding amount for this task order is $1,052,161.89, with an anticipated award date by September 30, 2026. The base period of performance is from the award date through March 31, 2027, followed by two option periods: April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, and April 1, 2028, to March 31, 2029.
