The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission, in partnership with the Greater Peoria Economic Development Council, is soliciting professional services from a qualified firm to conduct a Regional Housing Needs Assessment for the Greater Peoria region. The assessment will cover Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Mason, and Logan counties. Submissions must be identified as “Greater Peoria Regional Housing Needs Assessment,” submitted digitally, and limited to 15 pages. The solicitation invites Minority- and Women-Owned Firms to submit.
