Description
The City of Peoria and Peoria County are soliciting bids for gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, and other fuel provision services. Estimated annual usage includes approximately 450,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline and 200,000 gallons of diesel and/or biodiesel, although quantities are not guaranteed. The contractor must provide pricing based on the applicable OPIS terminal report plus a fixed overhead/profit rate and freight, furnish daily OPIS documentation when requested, support fuel testing, and deliver standard orders within 48 hours and emergency orders within 12 hours, subject to stated exceptions. Deliveries will serve multiple City and County fueling locations, including public works, police, fire, highway, and county stations. Vendors may propose automated tank monitoring through agency-owned systems or provide, install, and maintain their own telemetry equipment at no additional cost. The bid requires completion of the Bid Form and Signature Page, with electronic submission through BidNet or a hard-copy submission consisting of one original and three copies. The contract term is three years with one optional one-year renewal.
