Description
Morton Community Unit School District 709 is seeking bids or proposals for Category One services for Funding Year 2027. The requested scope includes internet access at the 1–2 Gbps level to 350 N. Illinois Ave., point-to-point connections ranging from 10 Mbps to 500 Mbps between that location and seven additional Morton sites, and a second internet-access request with a capacity range of 1–5 Gbps. The district also seeks any Category One network equipment necessary to make the network functional, with installation and initial configuration included. Proposals must identify the provider's Service Provider Identification Number, distinguish eligible and ineligible products and services and their associated costs, identify the proposed connection medium, itemize applicable recurring taxes and fees, include shipping charges where applicable, and provide a scope of work for installation services. Bidders must have a current Service Provider Annual Certification on file and must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price. Both one-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered, and the requested service start date is July 1, 2027.
