Description
South Pekin School District 137 is seeking bids or proposals for Funding Year 2027 services, including 200–400 Mbps internet access and data transmission, Category One network equipment needed to make the connection operational, and managed internal broadband services for eligible hardware and software associated with existing equipment. Proposals must identify the provider’s Service Provider Identification Number, distinguish eligible and ineligible products and services with associated costs, identify the proposed internet solution type and applicable recurring taxes and fees, include shipping charges where applicable, and provide a scope of work for any installation services. Providers must have a current Service Provider Annual Certification on file. The district may consider one-year or multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions and requires a service start date of July 1, 2027. For maintenance and managed services performed on the applicant’s premises, proposer qualifications must be included. Service provider invoice discounts are preferred.
