Description
Fort Bend Independent School District’s Extended Learning Department is soliciting proposals from vendors to continue and expand out-of-school-time enrichment programs for Pre-K through eighth-grade students. Requested offerings include Academic Readiness; Arts, Crafts and Culture; Computer Science; Culinary; Fine Arts; Foreign Language; Sports and Fitness; Dance; Music; and STEM. Vendors must provide interactive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate curriculum, materials, resources, lessons, activities, and instruction, generally through one-hour classes held once weekly for ten weeks during fall and spring semesters, with potential offerings during evenings, weekends, student holidays, spring break, and summer. Vendors are also responsible for an end-of-semester student showcase and ongoing communication with parents or guardians. Proposals must demonstrate relevant experience, provide program descriptions and sample curriculum, identify equipment and facility requirements, describe instructor qualifications and screening practices, provide organizational information and key personnel biographies, submit references and past-performance information, and state pricing, supply fees, revenue sharing, and available scholarships. The initial contract term is two years, with an option for up to one additional one-year renewal term. Required proposal materials include the narrative of proposed services, addendum acknowledgment, proposal questionnaire, project information sheet, reference contact form, pricing bid table, applicable catalog or pricing documentation, Form 1295, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Vendor Acknowledgement Form, Background Check Form, and Debarment Certification.
