Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting catalog-based contracts for athletics team and coach uniforms, training supplies, and equipment. Vendors must submit catalogs or online catalog URLs and proposed discounts from list pricing; catalog or price-list information is required for consideration. Awards may be made by individual item, and multiple vendors may be selected. The resulting contract is effective from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. Vendors must provide the required certifications and forms, maintain product availability and delivery capability, and comply with the cooperative's terms, including a 2% participation fee on member sales. The solicitation is for supplies and equipment rather than a defined installation or construction project.
