Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two each of examination and treatment glasses for eye protection in an operatory or laboratory. The required item is described as having a clear plastic lens with side shields, a single lens, and a unisex design; the solicitation identifies NSN 6540-01-705-8123 and Henry Schein, Inc. part number 100-7382 as reference information. The item must be supplied within 20 days after award, delivered FOB destination, and packaged and marked in accordance with the stated commercial medical packaging requirements and Medical Marking Standard No. 1.
