Description
The United States Air Force Academy's 10th Medical Group requires new NIDEK/Marco ophthalmic screening room equipment under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The requirement includes three Marco TRS-6100 automated refraction systems, two EPIC 6100 refraction systems, three SC-1600 LCD acuity chart systems with remotes, three 50-foot RB-to-CP cables, five Marco Tonoref-II ARK units with tonometry, and five Marco LM-1800PD automated lensmeters. The requirement also includes three TRS installations, two EPIC installations, removal and disposal of five manual phoropters, instrument manuals, and a 12-month warranty. This is a brand-name requirement limited to authorized NIDEK/Marco resellers and a 100% small-business competitive set-aside. Quotes must include company information, UEI number, business size, pricing, and the completed Buy American–Balance of Payments Program Certificate. Delivery and installation are required at the USAF Academy Hospital by November 18, 2026.
