The Great Redwood Trail Agency is seeking proposals from qualified Department of Industrial Relations-registered contractors to establish a Qualified Contractor Pool for on-call operations and maintenance services on agency-owned or managed property in Humboldt, Trinity, and Mendocino Counties. Contractors may propose one or more service categories for which they possess the relevant qualifications, licenses, experience, personnel, and equipment. This is a two-round qualification process for as-needed work rather than a commitment to a specific project, minimum quantity, or minimum contract value. Individual assignments will be separately scoped, priced, negotiated, and authorized through written task orders under anticipated three-year Professional Services Agreements, each with a not-to-exceed amount determined before execution. Before agreement execution, selected contractors must provide insurance meeting agency requirements, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and, when applicable, workers' compensation and employers' liability coverage. The agency must be listed as an additional insured where applicable, and coverage must be primary and non-contributory.
