Description
The U.S. Department of State is soliciting a contractor to provide comprehensive gardening and exterior grounds maintenance at the U.S. Consulate General in Sao Paulo. The scope includes lawn mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, turf repair, pruning, leaf and debris removal, watering, fertilization, pest and disease control, potted-plant care, periodic power washing, and related landscape maintenance. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, equipment, supplies, fuels, supervision, quality control, and disposal services. The contractor must provide a trained horticulturist, an on-site supervisor, quality-control reporting, and a strategic plan addressing work methods, equipment, supplies, and quality assurance. Offers must include the completed SF-1449 and Section 1 pricing, Section 5 representations and certifications, Section 3 information, proof of SAM registration including the SAM UEI, relevant experience and references, evidence of available resources, and a work plan. Award is expected to go to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable responsible offeror based on initial quotations, with options evaluated in the total price.
