Description
The General Services Administration is conducting a pre-solicitation for a succeeding, fully serviced antenna lease in Buffalo, New York. The proposed lease has a 15-year full term, including a 10-year firm term. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous because its existing lease is expiring. Offered space must satisfy Government fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements, must not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain, and must comply with applicable telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY 2019 National Defense Authorization Act. The Government may consider relocation costs, including physical moving expenses, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and agency downtime.
