McLaughlin Construction Corp. DBA Edbauer Construction is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers to provide quotes for the D265847 Signal Requirements project covering state fiscal years 2026–2027, 2027–2028, and 2028–2029. The work is located in the Towns of Cheektowaga, Lancaster, and North Collins and falls within highway and roadway construction, maintenance, repair, and new construction. The opportunity includes participation goals of 8% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises and 7% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goals are each 0%.
