Description
Erie County is soliciting separate sealed bids for General Construction, Mechanical/Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction work for the SUNY Erie Community College City Campus Phase 2 Various ADA Upgrades Project. The work will be performed at a County facility and involves accessibility upgrades across the identified construction disciplines. Each proposal must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. The project also includes Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, Minority-Owned Business, and Woman-Owned Business utilization requirements, participation in a New York State Certified Apprenticeship Training Program, and potentially applicable Erie County Executive Order No. 18 provisions.
